Which brokers are supported?
Exness, XM and Dupoin today. Each broker runs its own MT5 terminal on our servers, and more brokers are being added.
Do I need a VPS?
No. We host the MT5 terminal for your account and run your bot around the clock.
Is my password safe?
Your trading password is encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest and only used on our servers to log the terminal in.
Can the bot lose money?
Yes. Trading leveraged products carries a high risk of loss. The bot follows the strategy and risk limits you set, and no result is guaranteed.
How is risk controlled?
Every order carries a stop-loss held at the broker, and you can set a daily loss limit, a maximum drawdown, a maximum number of trades per day and the risk per trade.
Can I test a strategy first?
Yes. Bot Studio backtests a strategy on real broker candles for free, including spread and the broker's overnight swap. Past results do not predict future results.
How long is the free trial?
7 days, starting when your account first connects successfully.
Can I stop the bot at any time?
Yes. You can turn the bot off or remove the account from your dashboard whenever you want. Open positions stay at your broker.
