1. What we collect
Sign-in details: your name and email when you sign in with Google, or your Telegram user ID when you sign in with Telegram.
MT5 account details you enter: broker, account number, server and trading password.
Trading data your account produces: balance, equity, open positions, closed trades and the notes your bot writes.
The strategies you build or save, and the text you type into the AI strategy designer.
2. How we protect your MT5 password
Your trading password is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it is stored. It is only decrypted on our servers to log your MT5 terminal in, and it is never shown back in the app or sent to your browser.
3. Why we use it
To run the MT5 terminal and the bot you configure, show your dashboard, apply the risk limits you set, and handle your subscription. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
4. Where it is processed
The website runs on Vercel in Singapore and the database is in Singapore. Your MT5 terminal runs on our servers in Thailand.
Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
When you use AI features, your prompt and a summary of market data are sent to AI model providers through OpenRouter to produce a strategy or a trade decision. Your MT5 password is never sent to them.
5. How long we keep it
Removing a bot logs its MT5 terminal out and deletes the stored account details and its terminal files from our servers. Your sign-in profile and billing history stay until you ask us to delete your account.
6. Your choices
You can remove a bot at any time from your dashboard. To get a copy of your data or delete your account entirely, contact us using the details below.
